State #35: Arkansas, Little Rock Marathon

Little Rock is a neat little city. There are so many friendly people, many biking and running trails, and some good little cafes/restaurants.  I was able to re-connect with some of my Little Rock friends which was fun.

The Hobgood's and I stayed with each other, and Jessie and Liana both ran PR's! I was thankful to run the first 16 miles with my friend Larry Wasson from Indiana.  I did not feel good because of the heat and became sick.  I was happy to finish this one as each mile seemed to take longer as I became more sick.

We really earned our 3lb+ medals at the LR Marathon!!
