A journey to inspire grieving hearts:
I completed 50 marathons in 50 states on April 15, 2023 at the Boston Marathon in memory of my Dad, William Mason Trask, who passed away suddenly in 2006 at age 51.
I will be running to 100 now with a mix of half marathons and full marathons. Keep moving. Keep running. Keep going.

Next up is the Philly Marathon in November!! I've never been to Philly, this should be fun!!

Philly is a terrific race; ran it the last two years. Well organized, decent crowd support, lovely run for 8 miles (4 out, 4 back) on the River front. Enjoy iy!
